Find all medi courses (Workshops, Webinars, On-demand) you are registered for, after you login by accessing your Dashboard at the top right corner, and selecting “Course History”.
Live In-person workshops can be found by the month they fall under. Please make sure to check the date & location before considering signing up as some of the events may not be local to you.
- If you received a special invitation to this workshop and it does not show under the workshops tap under the specific month, this is a private event. The direct link will be in the invite to register, and once registered it will show in your Dashboard under “Course History” for you to later complete your quiz & download your certificate (if applicable).
Live webinars can be found by the month they fall under.
- We find the material lends itself better to an open live dialog. However, in consideration of schedule conflicts, many of our webinars are repeated on a monthly basis, and updated quarterly.
- Once registered it will show in your Dashboard under “Course History” for you to later complete your quiz & download your certificate (if applicable).
On-Demand course content is available at any time and at your own pace. Broken up by category find the course content under “Product Training”, “Webinars”, and “Certifications” respectively.

All medi courses with Certificates will be available for you to download from medi USA University after you:
- Are a medi USA University member
- Registered for the course (if you were able to register for the course, this means you are a medi USA University member already)
- Completed the course units
We no longer send medi Certificates by email or mail, so please follow the download your certificate information provided below to receive your certificate.
Once logged in, you can access your Dashboard at the top Right corner. Select the event from your Course History.
- Don’t see your course? Please locate the course after you have logged in, and verify you are registered. When you are it will allow you to continue with your units on the course page itself.
Verify your Unit 1 “Save your seat” is complete & checked
- Don’t see a check? Enter back into Unit 1 and mark that unit as complete (“Mark as Completed”), before selecting “Next Unit”
Then take your post course quiz, “Submit Answers”
The “Download Certificate” option will appear once their answers are submitted and passing.
None ABC/BOC courses
- All none ABC/BOC course certificates will be dated, and course hours noted, with a space for you to add your license # (if applicable)
- Agenda & “Agenda and certificates issued for individual OT/PT CEU submission”????
ABC/BOC approved courses
- All ABC/BOC approved course certificates will be dated, and approved hours noted, with a space for you to add your ABC/BOC # (if applicable)
- Your attendance will be verified before being submitting to respective certifications CEUS
